We originally packaged up CMC for Darci’s Mason Stain Wolf Workshop but have been getting requests for it.  Approximately 5 grams.

For Mixing, this is Darci’s recommendation: When constituting CMC powder, do so sparingly.  CMC will turn to gel, expand and quadruple in size.  I start with 30% CMC to 70% distilled water in a small sealable container.  (I use a small squeeze bottle or a lip gloss pot.)  I mix the CMC and water together with a toothpick until the CMC dissolves completely. If your mixture is too thick, add water little by little until you get the desired consistency.

CMC is a a water soluble alternative to Klyrfire and Holding Agent. By buying it in a powder form, you are able to control the density and stickiness.
